Gabriele Giambrone

Managing Partner


Gabriele's practice focuses on commercial litigation, especially real estate, financial services, board room disputes, and he acts for fiduciaries, beneficiaries and adverse claimants in relation to multi-jurisdictional trust litigation, often touching on conflict of law issues. He frequently often appears as an Italian law expert before Courts worldwide and is a skilled mediator.

Prior to founding Giambrone & Law in 2005, he trained with the corporate department of the Royal Bank of Scotland in London and was the firm's Strategy Partner from 2005, steering the firm through its merger and conversion to LLP status in 2008 when he became Managing Partner.

During the past 10 years, he has overseen the opening of 8 new offices in America, Africa and Europe. The firm now has over 60 people globally and is ranked within the top global law firms in Italy.

He has recently returned to the Milan office after 8 years in the firm's London offices and still visits London regularly, advising clients in both jurisdictions.

Shama Tipi is the Head Of Business Development.

Shama Tipi is primarily responsible for the development and execution of effective business development and profile raising activities in support of the firm's objectives.

Ms. Tipi plays an active role within the Marketing and Business Development team to ensure the team performs to the highest standards and is well regarded across the firm. In addition, she is responsible for creating business development policies, systems, processes and infrastructure across the firm and works closely with senior partners and fee-earners to identify and cross-sell the services of Giambrone.
