The Indian Lawyer & Allied Services under no circumstance entertains the refund or cancellation of a successfully completed work/service/case. Once The Indian Lawyer & Allied Services, completes the work/service/case such transactions cannot be reversed or refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Customer/User satisfaction is our main priority. If we fail to provide services from our end then the User may request for cancellation, however such cancellation must be sought within 4 hours of payment. If the User changes his/her mind for the services taken, the Firm will not be liable to cancel the service. In case a User asks us to hold the processing of the service, we shall hold the fees paid to ‘The Indian Lawyer & Allied Services’ in such case for a maximum period of 8 hours.

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + fee paid to any third party would be applicable.

Refund Policy

We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide services from our end to the Users. The User must apply for the same via email to theindianlawyer@gmail.com.

Refund will not be provided to the User, once it is earned by the ‘The Indian Lawyer & Allied Services’, because of the time invested by our Team for the work done, which is not returnable. So basically, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done and services rendered, will be deducted. In short, we can’t refund any money which is paid to any third parties, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your work.

A User will not be entitled to a refund or cancellation in the following circumstances:

• If the User fails to provide ‘The Indian Lawyer & Allied Services’ with any information or documents when requested by ‘The Indian Lawyer & Allied Services’,
• ‘The Indian Lawyer & Allied Services’ suspects that the User has, or is, engaged in, or has in any way been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, any money laundering, any terrorist financing, or breach of any laws in any jurisdiction.
