In the wake of the Corona crisis, we have seen several failed contracts which invariably have ended up in a Court of Law. Frustration of contract has become the subject matter of several cross-border litigations and will probably continue for some time till the global crisis eases out. Indian Courts by and large have asked parties to refund the money to the buyer in case of failed contracts.
